Our production program covers all stages involved in the production of the coriander seed product and ensures complete process traceability.
WORK ON THE FIELD
We work actively with our traditional farmer partners. We provide production with proven and healthy seeds for sowing and also time-tested and proven technology for growing coriander ensuring clean and quality raw material.
We support and supervise all coriander cultivation activities – from sowing and crop development to harvesting and entry of raw material into our warehouse.
STORAGE OF RAW MATERIAL
From the field the raw material coriander enters directly into our warehouse. We perform an initial incoming quality control, resulting in the classification and storage of individual batches.
Integrated warehouse control ensures proper and safe storage of raw materials and products.
PROCESSING PART
The production line includes cleaning, calibration, sorting, packing and storage.
The technical equipment meets regulatory standards and ensures the production of a product that consistently meets specification.
A preventive equipment maintenance program controls processes that can affect product quality and safety.
PACKAGING
Our coriander seed product is available in packing as per customer’s requirement, labeled our standard and labeled as per customer’s standard.
We offer:
– Polypropylene bags, pack size 25 kg
– Big Bags polypropylene, pack size 750 kg (Q-Bag)
SAFE STORAGE
The finished coriander seed product is stored in a warehouse providing conditions for proper and safe storage.
The product is stored on pallets in clean and dry areas protected from direct light and heat.
Optimum storage conditions:
– optimum temperature 10-30 C/50-80 F
– optimum humidity < 70%
SPEDITION
We provide good transportation service and proper loading of the goods for safe and fast delivery of the product.
Our base is conveniently located next to the Danube River and only 200 km from the port of Varna reducing the time and cost of internal transport.
Spedition – we offer CFR, CIF, FOB, EXW, DAP types, Incoterms 2015.
